I ordered 5-day shipping and it has been longer than 5 days. Where is my kit?

Due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders are processed in the order they are received and our team is working very hard to process orders as quickly as possible. 

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our Customer Service team with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your instructor's name
  • School name
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt from the bookstore (if ordered from a bookstore)
  • Order number (if ordered directly from HOL)
  • Kit number
  • Shipping address
  • Part numbers for the missing items (if applicable)
