I did not get a shipping confirmation. Has my kit shipped?

As soon as we finish processing your order, we will send shipping confirmation to the email address you used to create your account. 

If you haven't yet received shipping confirmation, your kit has most likely not finished processing. Please allow enough time for the order to process, and then check the email you used to create your account. Make sure to look in your junk/spam folder, too! We appreciate your patience.

Order processing

Please be aware that after you order your kit, our warehouse has to process and build the order before it can be shipped. This time period is called order processing. Learn about order processing here.
